D Residence is conceived as a dialogue between tradition and contemporary living. Familiar residential elements, pitched roofs, arched openings, stone surfaces, and wrought-iron details, give the home a sense of permanence and character. These solid forms are contrasted by a transparent double-height volume that brings light into the centre of the residence and reveals the life within.
Rather than separating the two architectural languages, the design allows them to meet and complement one another, creating a home that feels both familiar and progressive. The result is a layered composition where solidity provides a sense of shelter, while transparency introduces openness and connection.
